What is the probability that a four-digit number formed by using 3, 9, 2 and 7 without repetition is divisible by 33?

1/3 is the answer. But I took almost 3-4 minutes. Tell me some easy method 😔
Its for sure that all the 4 digit possible numbers are divided by 3 as the sum of digits is divisible by 3.
So I tried for 11 and found the probability to be 1/3.
