which company to opt

hi guys, i am in a great dilemma
i want to start my carrer as software developer, but there are two options available to me.
1st one is belzabar s/w, i think no one has ever heard of its name before, its a web sol. provider, its a small company, offering me a handsome package. i think there is lot of scope for future growth in this company.
2nd one is arricent, no need to explain, but it offers a brand name.

what should a opt for??

    Now coming to your question , I have heard from many people that joining a small company initially gives lot of knowledge.
    So there is a positive point in joining it.

    If you want brand name join Arricent.

    But I would prefer joining the small company, this is my view though!!

    I'd recommend working for smaller company. If you perform well, you can grow a lot with the company. Plus you'll get opportunity to work closely with clients and understand how business works.

    Of course, you can later on switch over to a bigger brand. However, its high time for crazy engineers to stop chasing the brands and join workplaces where they can showcase their talent and skill.

    Rahul,
    First question you should be asking yourself is what is it that you want to do?
    What kind of lifestyle do you want to lead? And more importantly, what are you getting at belzabar that you are not getting at aricent?

    Obviously I am talking about compensation. By compensation, I not only mean CTC and other perks, but also I am indicating - what work environment are you getting into? what training and peer support are you getting in both the places? what work hours? what work gives you a kick (as I understand aricent is more with telecom, belzabar is more to do with the web domain)? Find out this for both the organizations and then make an informed decision.
