Lenovo S930 and S650 Dual SIM Smartphones Launched, Features & Price Unveiled
Lenovo, the big brand from China, has launched two new smartphones with Lenovo S930 and S650 that run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and have got Dual SIM support feature. Announced for the market in Russia, we hope that these two Lenovo smartphones will eventually launch globally. For India release we can expect that the company will choose December 17 press event to make the official announcement. Let us take a look at the tech specs and features for these two Androids one by one.
Starting with Lenovo S930, we have a 1.3GHz Quad Core MediaTek 6582 processor packed inside a body that weighs 170 g and sports a 3000 mAh (Li-polymer) battery that offers up to 14 hours talk time. The phone cum phablet features a 6-inch display with Capacitive Touchscreen and 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Fitted on the device are front facing stereo speakers with Dolby Digital Plus audio enhancement. There's a 8 megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash on the rear and a 1.6 megapixel fixed-focus front one. On the storage front, the Lenovo S930 specs speak of 8GB built-in storage and 1 GB RAM. On connectivity front, the users of the S930 can have access to micro USB, WLAN: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth 3.0. On the body, there's a 3.5 mm Integrated audio jack and there are of course the Gravitation, Proximity, Light and E-Compass sensors in place.
On the Lenovo S650 smartphone features list, we find a 4.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. The phone runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and comes powered by the 1.3GHz Cortex A7 quad core processor and Mali-400 GPU. On the storage front, there's 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory. With microSD card support, user can extend the memory up to 32 GB. The dual cameras on the phone are 0.3 megapixel on the front and a 8.0 megapixel one on the rear. This one has auto focus and captures up to 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution.
Coming to the pricing details - Lenovo S650 and S930 are priced at $366 and $427 respectively. There is no word from the company on the global price yet. In Russia S650 will be available at 11,990 Russian rubles (Rs. 22,600 approximately), and the Lenovo S930 will be available at 13990 Russian rubles (Rs. 26,500 approximately).
