Just signed up for koding.com, Really surprised with features, speed and given freebies.
It is giving you free development environment with terminal Ubuntu with 2GB ram and 3GB space. You can install most of the open source software including FTP, MangoDB.

There are also some paid subscription for more spaces and CPU power. but Fee version is quite good also.
The whole setup looks awesome and similar to GitHub+StackExchange where you can create your own project, link to GitHub and participate in development discussions.
