iPad 2 has 2x faster CPU, power consumption same as that of a4,iOS 4.3,  front and rear cameras, 1/3rd thinner, weighs 1.3 pounds, has mirrored 1080p HDMI output. iOS 4.3 has Dramatically improved Safari performance, with javascript 2x as fast as before.
