GENIVI Compliant KPIT's Infotainment Platform Helps OEM's Focus On Technology

The Global Company which produces engineering solutions has now announced that it was successful in making its in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system compatible with GENIVI Compliance Specification Release 1.0. The announcement is touted to be an important step ahead of the engineering solutions company.

It is a common scene in automotive companies today to integrate electronic ideas in vehicles. It is evident from the ongoing #-Link-Snipped-#. Ford, Toyota and many other automotive companies are constantly trying for adding luxuries to their cars. Well, the infotainment platform of KPIT is just the correct thing required in further boosting the broader coverage of latest consumer electronics technology.

The compliance program by GENIVI is allows multiple distributions, diversity and replacements of components with other open source implementations while still being compliant.
