Factorization of Polynomials (x^3 & above)

Can anyone explain me how to factorize the polynomial for x^3 & above terms.

i have one example
4m^4 - 8m^3 - 7m^2 + 11m + 6 = 0

how to find its roots & factorize it.

answer is : (m+1) (m-2) (2m+1) (2m-3) = 0

If possible, do help 😀

The site actually shows you the steps involved in solving the polynomial. Lazy ones can skip all that.
