ARM Processors To Reach 3GHz Mark In 2014.

ARM processors, the RISC based processors licensed by ARM Inc. is the 'Titan' when it comes to powering the mobile devices like smart-phones & tablets. They are currently being used in almost all smartphones, whether it is Apple,Samsung or anyother leading company in this field.

The latest & fastest ARM processor is of range of 1.6 GHz to 1.9 GHz which is used in Samsung's Galaxy S4.Recently, ARM chips maker TSMC & Global Foundries have revealed that the ARM processors will reach the 3GHz mark by the end of 2014.These overpowered chips will be utilizing 20nm process to embed more amount of transistors in the chip to increase the processing power (Currently,28nm architecture is used ) & alongwith that decreasing the power consumption, hence increasing the battery life by large extent.

ARM-vs-Intel
Intel with it's Intel's Silvermont Atom-Processor Specifications Leaked. has recently Intel's Silvermont Atom-Processor Outperforms ARM Based Snapdragon 800. by a huge margin. Intel is undoubtedly aiming to enter the Mobile domain & sabotage the throne of ARM with their ultra-fast & lower power consumption processors.
At a mean time, AMD is also not backing down, AMD is also planning to bring ARM competitor in the market soon.

It's pretty sure that coming days the war between all three juggernauts going to get intense.
Let's see whether ARM's 3 GHz mark processors will be able to save it's mobile territory or not ? Intel is outperforming ARM at this moment, but Intel has to work a little more harder in 'Power consumption' section to defeat ARM.
