Average candidates focus on points like career growth, ample opportunities, ability to showcase your talent and skills etc. These are not enough to capture the interviewer's attention.

Above points are equally applicable for fresher-level interviews as well as for lateral placements. You may also include a few points about your past experience, internships and how excited you are to join TCS.
