I sometimes sit & wonder, if the questions we post here in CE's #-Link-Snipped-# section are way too tough for most of us?
Or shall we start posting simple, no-brainy puzzles? Not a single try for the current puzzle? -

I think the biggest no possible is
(((2^2)^2)^2) -

Hi,
I think the largest number possible using four 2's is
(2 ^(22 ^2)) = (approx.)4.9 *(10^145)
I guess the following formula should work for largest no possible using x(as no) and y(as no of repititions)
if (y>2)
x ^((y-2)times x)^x)
else
y times x -

Yes Big,
You are true,but what happens when we have too long value in exponential ,we get sometimes infinitely large values.So to avoid this thing,I have not taken 2 22 into account. -

Is there any number larger than 2^222 for four 2's? -
@shalini-goel14-ASmC2J • Oct 19, 2008
prakash.athaniIs there any number larger than 2^222 for four 2's?
Hi Prakash,
2^(22^2) > 2^222 (if we assume values to infinity are allowed) -
@shalini-goel14-ASmC2J • Oct 19, 2008
shalini_goel14Hi Prakash,
2^(22^2) > 2^222 (if we assume values to infinity are allowed)
Also
2^(2^22) > 2^(22^2) > 2^222 (if we assume values to infinity are allowed) -

Are we at the biggest number yet? -
@thebigk • Oct 25, 2008
Guys, the factorial operation is NOT allowed -
@ravitejag-02nJVr • Oct 31, 2008
anyway what is the biggest number? -

(2*2)/(2-2)... ha ha ha. Can someone find bigger then this...The_Big_KYeh, that's the question 😉 !![[IMG]](proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.crazyengineers.com%2Fforum%2Fimages%2Ficons%2Ficon10.gif&hash=0d7d14fee858ace05badaea446045969)

That is NOT defined, CB 😉crazyboy(2*2)/(2-2)... ha ha ha. Can someone find bigger then this...
But I didn't think about that 😉

Surrendered... 😁The_Big_KThat is NOT defined, CB 😉

may be 2^(2^22) is biggest...

So, what's the final answer we have? -
@shiwa436-h94d47 • Feb 3, 2009
22^22 is the answer i think. -
@thebigk • Feb 3, 2009
Please read the thread; many answers have been discussed.shiwa43622^22 is the answer i think. -
@savitha-chandu-gjCsnX • Feb 7, 2009
the answer which is in my mind is (2^(2^22)) or even it might be 22^22 -
@thebigk • Feb 7, 2009
Savitha - have a look at earlier posts in this thread. We've discussed quite a lot already :smile:savitha_chanduthe answer which is in my mind is (2^(2^22)) or even it might be 22^22 -
@arsh86-pwVJG2 • Mar 21, 2009
answer is (2^(2^22))
if u hve bigger than this just show.........it -
@savitha-chandu-gjCsnX • Oct 8, 2009
may be the answer for this answer is 2^(2^22)😒
