Start Manufacturing of electrical measurement instruments

I'm inspired from one indian company Meco instruments which  is manufacturing all electrical anolog digital measuring instruments such as ammeter voltmeter wattmeter clip-on ammeter multimeter and so many...so is it possible to me as I'm electrical engineering student 

alsopoint of view is it affordable or not ?? Has any demand in Industry??? Future scope will be manufacturing all measuring instruments and also start calibration means whenever the word comes measurement it will be available in one shed .. before starting it I would like to take experience in it.. . whenever I will be master in it I'll start at that instant..no further decision will be taken without prior experience
