Securing Computer Files with Bluetooth using android app

This is my project topic So I have facing many problems, The problem is
1)When I gave security for particular file (.doc,.pdf) etc . If I open that decrypted file save as with new name then the security is lost.
2)If I open particular file is open with other format then also security is lost.

So please give me a suggestion for above problems.
