The project aims to manage activities held inside a project.
Abstract
Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
The primary challenge is to achieve all he project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints- scope, time, budget, etc. Secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.
The project should also keep in mind the definite beginning and end for each project and particular goals. There is also need for development of technical skills and adoption of separate management for temporary and permanent endeavors.
