Print Images On Bread - With Super Mega Mega Toaster (Arduino Inside)

Looks like the print business is in fashion again. We've been writing a lot about 3D printing, but if that limits your creativity - how about printing images on your morning slice of bread? Scott van Haastrecht apparently wasn't satisfied with the features & functions of his toaster and has developed a new toaster which he calls 'Super Mega Mega' that can print images on your bread slices. The 'mega' in the name may give you an impression of a giant toaster. But fact the printer doesn't even support printing high-resolution image and you will have to limit your creativity within 6x6 pixels. We'd however like to think that it'd indeed be a challenge for all the crazy engineers to make it support 5MP images - and that'd be super cool!

The Super Mega Mega toaster goes to Google to search for images with current date and then downloads a random image to print on the bread. You'll have to keep the toaster connected to laptop via USB and have your network turned on. There's an Arduino controller inside that handles all the instructions to a stepper motor, servos and about 6 car lighters to 'burn' the image on the bread.
