Diving deep into the specifications, the Panasonic P91 ships with a 5.0-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, which the company says will deliver wider viewing angles with greater readability. Under the hood, there is the 64-bit 1.1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M processor with Mali-T720 GPU coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The P91 offers non-hybrid sim card slot which means users can plug in two sim cards along with a microSD card of up to 128GB storage capacity.

On the optics front, the Panasonic P91 houses an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies. Panasonic has also loaded the P91 camera UI with various useful multiple modes or multi-modes to aid in capturing great images. There are modes which can detect QR codes, different scenarios, let user select scene frame, adjust exposure value, record time-lapses alongside portrait and professional modes.

In terms of connectivity, Panasonic P91 offers 4G VoLTE with dual-SIM support, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and USB OTG. The device runs Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 2500mAh battery which the company says will allow the users to enjoy up to 6 hours of online and 9 hours of offline video playback time.

Looking at the spec sheet of the Panasonic P91, what we feel is that it is much behind the competition at this price segment. The offerings seem clearly inferior when compared with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite, Motorola Moto C Plus and others. Still, if you are looking to get your hands on the Panasonic P91, it will be available at all authorized Panasonic outlets across the country in Black, Blue, and Gold color options.
