Orange 'San Diego' The Intel-Android Smartphone Coming 6th June In UK For £199.99
Orange has launched the Europe's first Intel-powered smartphone called the 'San Diego' and has declared that it will launch it in UK on June 6th. The processor is Intel® Atom⢠Z2460 and supports HSPA+ with the Intel® XMM⢠6260 Platform. The San Diego was initially codenamed as 'Orange Santa Clara' during the MWC 2012. The San Diego has a 4.03" capacitive display screen. With a 8 mega-pixel camera and a High-definition video and HDMI out, the multimedia quotient is just about good.

The San Diego is going to come with a home screen featuring quick links to apps like cinema tickets and the Orange Gestures feature will allow users to use natural gestures for one-stroke access to their favourite applications & services. The introductory price for the San Diego will be £199.99 on Orange Pay As You Go. Furthermore, when users take out the handset on pay as you go, they will also receive a free monthly allowance of 250Mb of mobile data per month for 12 months.
Orange also says that their customers will benefit from access to T-Mobile's signal too, meaning they can call, text and access high speed mobile internet in more places across the UK, as well as benefit from Quick Tap Treats â the UK's first mobile contactless retail reward scheme, and discount on Orange home broadband.
