Merge Duplicate Post

Hello,

i had seen here that there are many Duplicate post asking about the same thing more then one or twice.. so i think it is more convenient that we merge the same posts with one common thread..

This is just an idea

    We usually merge recently posted similar topics. Mostly these are the topics initiated by new members who post their query in multiple sections.

    However, we refrain from touching older threads (more than 15 days old).

    Hmm. Quick answer: Thread URLs get affected in the process. If already indexed posts are updated, their ranking goes down in Google search engines.
