Where I work, companywide we use a free software 'edrawings' from Dassault systems to view compatible drawings from any source.
Dassault systems is now offering a $2 app that runs on Apple tablets.
A $9.99 pro version is now available for more advanced work.

Kaustubh KatdareIt's indeed interesting. I see a greater number of 3D modelling software making it as apps on mobile devices. My question is, does the 'touchscreen' make the designing easier or it's only used for viewing? -
Ramani AswathIt must be for viewing and editorial corrections only. The full software is too large to go on a tablet. Though, that issue will be overcome sooner than later. We saw a demo where a design was sent by email and using this app it was projected on the screen for us to see.
