jobs for instrumentation engineers

hi CE's

i am an instrumentation engineer graduated in 2009..i have been lookin for jobs ever since.
i want to work in the core sector in my stream itself like the oil and gas etc.

can you please guide me wat topics should i prepare for my technical interview?. i think my preparation is not upto the mark.
