is it good to have two master degree

I have done my MTech in Geotech and now working with MNC but now I m planing to do MS in structural so I want to knw about the
- is it’s good to have two master dgree
- is there good future growth
- if I will do two master then my one master is waste or what
- career scope of doing MTech in Geotech + MS in structural.
- or should I choose some other field for doing MS.
