  • It looks like the Internet Explorer is quickly following up the innovation cycle set up by Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It turned out that lot of people are still using IE6 or are being forced to use IE6 by their companies/colleges. The problem is that the browser that released 10 years ago still has ~8% of market share; which is a HUGE number if you consider the overall number of Internet Users.

Following the footsteps of Chrome & FF, IE too will find latest updates and get updated automatically. However, it will take another month for the automatic updates to roll out. Let's just hope that the world graduates itself to better browser. I personally recommend modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox & Opera. Safari too is a good option on Mac platform.

Unfortunately this won't fix anything, as most of the IE users are in governments and locked down by strict IT policies. Many of these browser policies are to maintain compatibility with old intranet systems that are no longer being supported.

People just need to give up IE & move on in life. 👍

    Die IE! 😡
