  can any one suggest me which areas to concentrate and what to prepare.....thanks in advance

  Your final year project is going to be crucial and you'll be expected to know in & outs of your project including the code you've written. Obviously, the interviewers will test your knowledge on the language you've used to code your project along with what you've written on your resume.
