Could you please be a little more specific? What do you want to know about a 'portable car battery charger'? Do you have to create this project yourself or do you just have to write the report for it?

Here i have one suggestion:- First make the project report by yourself and after that post it on CE so that we can review it and we will give you suggestions that how to make it more decent. but first you must have to start working by yourself.
