Help in Finding a good university for MS or MTech in automotive electronics

Hi all friends
I want to do automotive electronics engineering after completing my Btech in electronics and comm engineering.
i googled much but can't find any useful information about it.
can anyone give me some details about it
some good universities where living expenditure is also not much high.

i don't care about country
it can be anywhere in the world but should be somewhat affordable

VIT Pune offers M. Tech degree in Automotive Electronics in collaboration with TIFAC-CORE industry partners.

Whereas Universities in UK that provide Automotive Engineering courses are:

University Of Southampton
Brunel University
University Of Leeds
Cranfield University
St Georges, University Of London
University Of Huddersfield
King's College London (University Of London)
London College Of Communication
University Of Reading
Bangor University

...Don't know much about them though.

i'm asking about automotive electronics not automobile engg.
i searched a lot but only found university of brighton nothing else
and i dont want to study in india coz research quality in india is not upto level xcept IIT's
