Help in Finding a good university for MS or MTech in automotive electronics

Hi all friends
I want to do automotive electronics engineering after completing my Btech in electronics and comm engineering.
i googled much but can't find any useful information about it.
can anyone give me some details about it
some good universities where living expenditure is also not much high.

    Bangor University

    ...Don't know much about them though.

    i'm asking about automotive electronics not automobile engg.
    i searched a lot but only found university of brighton nothing else
    and i dont want to study in india coz research quality in india is not upto level xcept IIT's
