GTech's AirRam - The Cordless Energy Efficient Vacuum Cleaner
GTech has come up with a new cordless vacuum cleaner which substantially reduces the power consumption and is able to remove as much dust as the currently used technology. The AirRam device employs an innovative positioning of the components taken from an existing stock to press down and store dust at a little distance from the collection point, thus nullifying the requirement of a long suction length and the related power.

The AirRam
The nucleus of GTechâs present line of work is a cordless sweeper with a brush bar getting its power from a ~7V motor, without any suction. These are traded as a supplement to vacuuming, but as the founder of GTech stated, the ambition at all times has been to create a model with suction. One 22.2V DC-motor powers the brush bars and also powers a fan to press down the dirt into bundles that could be released into a bin. Motor derives its energy from a Li-ion battery. The bundle formation of the dust is a natural process, not a mechanical one. IBR Labs of Spetchley are currently examining the test results of the AirRam.
