Google has come up with a new project called 'World Wonders' that lets users to discover discover 132 historic sites from 18 countries across the world in a new interactive way. This project works on the Street View technology to take you on a virtual trip to each famous site. The world wonders #-Link-Snipped-# has 3D models and YouTube videos of these historical places so that the information access becomes easier. Google has partnered with UNESCO, the World Monuments Fund, Getty Images and Ourplace for getting the official information and photographs for many of the sites.
