e-Hotel Service Gets A High-Tech Boost Into The Cloud

With the advancement in both technology and users on the internet, apps have become pretty popular. On this context, Indonesia’s Telkom Business Service Division (DBS) will be implementing its e-Hotel back-end-service from next year, in all the hotels at Bandung, Indonesia.

The news was stated by a representative from DBS, that each hotel would be able to customize the e-Hotel application’s functions, according to their needs by offering booking services, room management and many more.

Hotel owners won't have to worry about expensive monthly costs for servers since the web-based application would be totally cloud-based. For this project, Telkom is jointly working with the Association of Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants (PHRI).
