Download Windows 8 Consumer Preview Right Now & See For Yourself

Microsoft Corp. has made announced at the #-Link-Snipped-# event in Barcelona about Windows 8 CP being available for download starting today. As we all know #-Link-Snipped-# received a wide response by receiving more than 3 million downloads. If you are planning to download it right now, know that this is just a beta version and the actual release will happend after several months. Also, at the event, the company told about key new updates in the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. In these we have, Windows Store with #-Link-Snipped-#, Internet Explorer 10 Platform Preview 5, #-Link-Snipped-# and new hardware capabilities, thus it can work on a wide range of new x86- and ARM-based reference hardware.

You can download the Consumer Preview Setup by clicking the link mentioned below. If you are upgrading your current system, it'll tell you which of your existing apps will work with Windows 8. So, it will fetch you a product key, and download any tools that may be needed to create an ISO or bootable flash drive. It's important to bring to your attention that only if you upgrade from Windows 7 will your get a 'full upgrade'. But we recommend that you go for a dual boot or install it in a virtual machine, because if you upgrade from Windows XP or Developer Preview, the system will only retain the user account and files and you all your Windows settings and programs will be lost.
