Criteria for skilled recognised graduate visa (476) based on place of study? Am I eligible?

Im doing my final year in one of the affiliated colleges of Anna university. Will i be able meet the criteria for skilled recognised graduate visa(476) based on place of study.

    Anna University—Chennai is eligible. Civil Engineering is eligible.

    A Skilled Recognised Graduate visa is only approved if:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Master's Degree
    • Doctoral Degree
    • Postgraduate Diploma

    So you need to complete your education I guess.
