CrazyEngineers forum was launched on 26th Nov. 2005 with a target of 100 registrations in 6 months. My estimates were wrong (as usual) and we are 100 in just 24 days! :shock: Unbelievable!

I got the site reviewed from other webmasters and their feedback is really good. Till now we got only one comment on our logo (which is not yet properly designed). But everyone seemed to like our colors, website structure and the content on forums ! 😀

All of you are already pleased to know that "Crazy Engineers" community has now become one of the most popular online communities amongst engineers.

It takes immense pleasure in Saying that we have touched the 1000 mark. While writing this, the last count on the members is 1041 that is a 6% jump in the membership since Saturday the 9 th September itself! It was only less than a fortnight ago that we had touched the 900 mark, and only a month ago we touched the 800 mark. So Kudos guys, Every one here registered on the CE forum must congratulate and acknowledge each other for the trust and confidence you have instilled in the forum.

Are we ready? Of course we are! I've been around since we had less than 100 CEans. It wasn't as much fun then 😲

From feb 28 to april 04 this year... a hundred new members were added.

In those 2 months....... a 100 members joined CE in a span of 8 days.

On an average, excluding those 2 months, it has taken approximately 20 days for 100 new members to be added. some times 1 and half month for 100 new members and sometimes just 13 or 14 or 15 days for 100 new members..

Well, im just curious... abt one thing.

Was there any special event that took place on those 2 months here in CE? Or anything else at all? Cos if it was luck, we can just brush it off, hoping it will happen again. If not we can conduct more of those so called events to have many more "100 members in 8 days" 😉

I'll answer that 😀

No special event happend on CrazyEngineers. I'm sure that our growth will following Geometric progression in coming months.

However, in August, I guess there were many CEans who actually advertised our community on various forums. The word of mouth also spread rapidly. But unfortunately it slowed down later.

Number of visitors on our forums is also decided by our search engine listing. We had tried SEO for CE and it might be a result of that.

Let us continue to do good job and we'll have amazing people on CE forums 😀
