    Abhi, it would be great if you could define the scope of your question a bit.

    I have known software testers (application testers), who moved into UI testing, and from then moved onto NID and are now full fledged UIX designers working with one of the leading browsers (Opera). I also know of software testers (web-based) who have moved on to quality control ... and of software testers (regression testers) who have stayed in the same domain/platform and are now working on more complex projects.

    So what are you interested in?
