I don't understand your question. But, I want to say that Water is not inflammable also it is incompressible. So it cannot be used as a fuel.
In case of Diesel, it can be compressed and can be ignited. So it is used as a fuel. -

The only way to get fuel from water is to dissociate it into Hydrogen and Oxygen. Once that is done the rest is trivial.ElumalaimeYou will find fuel from water. What is in diesel,what is't in water. You will search this matter and will you finish this project...
