Activity plan with BoQs Only?
Hi Civil Engrs,
I am not a Civil Engr. I want to know can a small proposal/draft activity plan for tender be made, just with the help of BoQs and project overview? Do Civil Engrs do this? I have been provided these material and I hv to create a plan in P6

anuraadhaYes my friend. A tender for construction will contain rules and regulations that is adopted. We need to bid price. For this rates of each activity is required. But yes activity plan gives a sequence of work. This can be done in P6. I can explain better you if I know what exactly you want to do. I don't have P6 software installed but will try to explain.
