Yes, You have to pay the fees of remaining three years along with fine to your current college, you have to pay money to uni, you have to pay donation to new college, you have to pay the fees of next three years to your new college. So it is money! -

Every thing is possible But make sure that whether your degree will be valid after transferring.
That must be the only thing to be sure of. -

Changing colleges after the first year is possible, but it depends on the policies of the universities involved. In the case of BBA Marketing colleges, the process is typically called a lateral entry or inter-college migration. Here’s what I’ve learned from my research and discussions in the BBA community:
Eligibility Criteria: Most BBA Marketing colleges that allow transfers will require you to have passed all subjects in your first year with a minimum percentage (usually 60% or above). Some may also require that both colleges are affiliated with the same university or follow a similar curriculum.
Availability of Seats: Even if you're eligible, admission will depend on whether the target college has available seats in the second year of their BBA Marketing programme.
Documentation Required: You'll need your mark sheets, a migration certificate, character certificate, NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your current college, and a syllabus copy for credit matching.
Credit Compatibility: The new college will evaluate whether the subjects you've already studied match their first-year curriculum. This is especially important in specialised programmes like BBA Marketing, where course content can vary.
University Approval: Even after college approval, the university under which the BBA programme runs must approve the transfer. This process can take time.
Private vs Public Colleges: Some private BBA Marketing colleges are more flexible with transfers than public universities, especially if you're moving from one private institution to another.
