Space Based Solar Power Project - FYI

The Space-based Solar Power Project aka SSPP is aiming to setup solar panels in space; and beam the energy to Earth. Caltech.edu engineers are now ready to test launch the prototype that collects sunlight into space, converts it into electrical energy and transfer it to the Earth wirelessly using RF electrical power. The first test, scheduled in 2023 will deploy 6x6ft structure in space. Let's wish the team all the best!
