Cassie - The Bipedal Robot Ran 5Km In 53 Mins On A Single Charge

Cassie, the bipedal robot developed by Oregon State University has traveled 5 Km in just about 53 mins. It's the first robot of its kind to use ML to control itself on outdoor terrain on a single battery charge. Cassie relied on Deep reinforcement running - a powerful AI method that lets robots learn skills like running, skipping and walking up/down stairs. Btw, Cassie did fall twice. Good job, Cassie!
