I decided to give Chat GPT-5 a try today. Learned that it's only available to the ChatGPT Plus Subscribers. The service that costs $20/month.

Unfortunately, my credit card was declined. I attempted multiple times; but the card was not accepted. I initially thought that it was a temporary problem with Stripe Payment Gateway API; however upon multiple card rejects, it became apparent that the problem is something else.

Can anyone confirm that Indian credit cards work for ChatGPT Plus service? If you are based out of India and have used Indian credit card to purchase subscription, did you get through?
