I'm looking for reviews and opinions -which is the best antivirus software in India? I'm looking at both free and commercial options.

On Windows I've used AVAST personal/home edition and it worked like magic. Never had any issues with any type of malware. I'm not a download-superstar 😁 and if I've to download anything, I only do it from trusted sources.

Guys, using Windows original? Use Microsoft Security Essentials... Am using it for the past 15 months and haven't had a single problem with it. It detects almost all the viruses and yeah, out of my experience, it is the best!!! 😀

If anyone want to go for paid antivirus use ESET firmly known as NOD 32.
I have used it for 3-4 years and it's the best one.
after that using Microsoft security essentials.

Hello Friends,

Choosing an Anti virus is a tedious task considering the options available in the market.
There are various aspects one can consider before selecting the right Anti virus.

1) The Anti Virus Software runs at the background and is the major process that eats RAM and CPU resources.
2) One must choose an Anti Virus which does not eat up all your System resources and allow u to work without feeling any slowness and lag while work.
3) Also Beware of Antivirus software that shows FALSE POSITIVES.
