What is the average salary for MBA with no experience?
The country's engineering dream is fading fast as nowadays lots of engineers are graduating without any job offers. So after their engineering degree students turn their heads towards a good B- School for an MBA in an attempt to bag a decent pay package. Now, the average salary for someone with an MBA degree, that too with no experience, depends on lots of other factors.
If you are planning to do your MBA from the top IIMs (Indian Institute of Management), average pay package being offered there is around 9-15 lacs.
Average pay packages after graduating from other reputed colleges like FMS Delhi, XLRI, IIFT is also 10+ lacs per annum.
If you are not into one of those stated above, an MBA degree from a tier II or tier III colleges might fetch you a package of around 3-5lacs per annum while an MBA degree other local or tier IV colleges will probably help you get that below 3lacs per annum package if lucky enough to get placed.
