Video chat coming to Facebook messenger on iPad and iPhone

According to 9to5Mac, Facebook engineers are working on integrating skype video chat with the upcoming version of the Facebook messenger app for iOS devices (iPad and iPhone). Eventually, Android will also get the app but iOS is expected to get the app much before the Android version. The bloggers at 9to5 tested the video chat feature of the upcoming facebook app and confirm that the whole operation was smoother.

Good move, Facebook 😀

I have never used Facebook apps on mobile, but I have read very bad reviews of the these apps. People say that Facebook even though being an internet based company packed full of developers, but haven't been able to make an app that's even mildly good.
Don't know if this holds true. What do you say CEans? Any users here?
