The tweet company, Twitter is now valued at $3 Billion and number of venture capital firms are lining up at Twitter's door to fund the company. The company, till date has raised over $160 million.
Facebook investor Russian VC company Digital Sky Technologies will likely lead the round. This investment round is going to be very important for the company. There are rumors that Google is planning to acquire Twitter for about $5 billion.
