CNET reported that this unnamed tablet could be Toshiba Regza AT700, which is already available in Japan. It is just 7.7mm thick and weigh 558g. Regza was launched last year in October at CEATEC, Tokyo. The tablet sports Android Honeycomb, 1.2 GHz dual-core chip from Texas Instrumentation, 1 GB system memory, up to 32 GB of on board storage and a microSD slot. There are chances that it could be something similar to Toshiba Exite, which is scheduled to release later this month.
