  can i send bulk message on whatsapp using web application?

  You can only send bulk messages to groups; and the current limit on the number of members in a group is 100. I think the only way to address this would be to create a web script that will keep sending SMS one by one. I'm not sure if WhatsApp puts a limit on number of messages that can be sent in a minute or hour.

  Can I send bulk message on whatsapp using web application?

  The easiest way to do is by using the WhatsApp 'broadcast' feature.
  There are no additional charges for sending bulk messages on WhatsApp. Normal data charges will apply. Using the broadcast feature, any user can send bulk messages to their contact list on WhatsApp.
  

  1. Open WhatsApp and go to Options.
  2. Choose 'New Broadcast'
  3. A search box will be displayed with the message: 'Add Broadcast List Recipients'
  4. Here you can type the names from your contact list to whom you want to send the bulk message.
  5. After doing that, select 'Create' from the upper right corner of the screen.
  6. Write your message and send it the normal way

  People say that there are other ways of doing the same, such as an app to send bulk smses, but I am not sure if they work.
  
  It lets you choose 256 contacts in one Broadcast list. I think that is enough even when you have hundreds of WhatsApp contacts.
