    seeding and leeching

    In BitTorrent protocols , what is meant by 'seeding and leeching'. Can anyone give me the proper definition of this two terms.

    Seeding :- Uploading a data which you have on your computer

    Leeching :- Downloading data from others which are shared by them

    that is the reason your download is much faster when you have more number of leechers than the seeds

    Uploading(others are downloading from you) of a file keeps on going continuously from your computer after you download that file.

    because seeders are those who are uploading the file for download
