  • Samsung has been spotted developing a new phablet according to a FCC Listing. Codenamed SM-G7102 - this phablet has a 5.2-inch screen (same as the Galaxy Note) and there's no word about a proper official name to this gadget. The alleged SM-G7102 smartphone might as well be targeted at the developing markets, which also includes India and parts of Europe - because a report suggests that the shipment data obtained from a source shows units shipped from Korea to Delhi for testing and evaluation. The Samsung SM-G7102 has a HD resolution screen with 720x1280 pixels and the listing hints at Dual SIM support and the smartphone running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Isn't everyone expecting KitKat to come on the new devices?

From the FCC data, it has come to light that Samsung SM-G7102 will measure 75.1x147mm (thickness is unknown right now) and come with connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 3G. No other details about the SM-G7102 are yet out and Samsung hasn't revealed any plans or hints at the upcoming smartphone, but it is good to expect a powerful processor, dual cameras and a way better AMOLED screen from this Android smartphone.
