Samsung Launches Galaxy Note II In India. Price: 39999

Samsung mobiles has launched the much awaited Galaxy Note II in India. Samsung's 5.5" phablet is already creating buzz in many parts of the world. Samsung created a new category by mixing the best of phone+tablet called 'phablet' with the launch of Note last year. Having laid our hands on the Note, we can tell you the device is absolutely a pleasure to use. Note II takes a step forward with a 1.6 GHz Quad-Core processor and 2 GB of RAM. Samsung is focusing a lot on unleashing your 'creativity' with it.

Samsung's offers SAMOLED HD display and a 3100 mAh battery which gives you 30+ hours of 2G talk-time and over 16 hours of 3G talk time. There's a 533 MHz GPU too and Samsung calls it the most powerful smartphone in the world as of now. There are few very innovative features the Note II offers - Air View for example will give you a view of the contents inside the album or folder by just hovering your S-Pen over the folder. You can air-view videos as well; just hover the S-Pen over the video player and move it across the time-line to see the video contents.

There's an Easy-Clip feature that lets you crop any part of the screen and post it anywhere - in your message or your S-Note. We like the Photo Note feature - that lets you do what you've been doing for ages - write notes on the back of your photos. The S-Pen has also been optimised with the use of new type of rubber on the tip of the pen which makes it writing on the Note feel more natural.
