There are referral openings for Java and Automation Testing positions as well.
This is the criteria for JAVA.
Job Descriptions:
- 2 - 5 year experience in developing software applications with Java based web technology.
- 2 - 5 year hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, one of standard J2EE application servers (JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, iPlanet, etc) and SQL (Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL Server)
- 2 – 5 year hands-on experience in JSP, Java Servlet, JavaScript and HTML.
- Experience or knowledge of AJAX is a plus.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented design and design pattern.
- Strong communication skill.
- Strong analytical/technical background and experience with software development methodologies such as waterfall and/or Agile
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with general direction or as part of a team
For Automation Testing:
Over 2 years of experience on Automation Testing and good knowedge on Framework and ability to work on Main Frames.
This is the requirement.!!

Inspite of giving the referal names.. i really dont know why people are posting their resumes here. We understand the improtance of job, hence are trying to help by posting up referal jobs, this doesnot mean that you post up resumes here.
I think this whole thing of referal program needs to be streamlined. -
