PSN Network Maintenance Begins Soon. Expect 15+ Hours Of Downtime.
Playstation aficionados may note that the PlayStation Network (#-Link-Snipped-#) is scheduled to go down for a brieft period of time over the next few hours and it's got nothing to do with #-Link-Snipped-# or #-Link-Snipped-# information this time. Sony's engineers have #-Link-Snipped-# that that network will undergo scheduled maintenance starting at 3 PM EST today and will not be accessible until 5 AM on Monday (March 5). The maintenance had to be postponed to today from Thursday last week.

PSN members who are signed in at the time of networking going down will be automatically signed out of the network. No user will be able to sign-in while the network is down which means Playstation Home, Playstation Store, PSN Account Management & Online Gameplay won't be available. Those who want to be the first ones to know when the network goes live again, please keep an eye on the #-Link-Snipped-#.
