Panasonic BizPad Enterprise Tablets In 7" & 10" Honeycomb 3.2 Variants. Specs & Features.

Panasonic was nowhere to be seen in the ever growing tablet world in the Post-PC era. However, it seems that Panasonic Engineers were working to address a different segment of tablet users - the Enterprise Customers. The company has announced 7" and 10" enterprise tablets called 'BizPad'. The tablets are set to release later this Winter. The speciality of these tablets is that they'll feature the latest Android Honeycomb 3.2. The tablets are rugged (enterprise customers don't treat tablets nicely, huh?) and also water resistent. Under the tough shell, Panasonic BizPad offers dual core ARM Cortex A-9 processor, 16 GB of internal memory which should be enough for most of the users, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooth, WiFi connectivity and NFC capabilities via IC Card Reader.

The 10" variant offers better screen with WXGA 1280 x 800 IPS capacitive display. The 7" tablet has WSVGA 1024 x 600 resistive LCD screen. There's 5MP camera in the 10" tablet as compared to 1.3 MP camera in the 7" tablet. 3G connectivity is optional but very useful for enterprise customers. We do not have the information about exact launch date and price yet. If you like the photo above, you should share this post with your company's IT department.
