Online Help Desk in Java

The idea is to create an application used to provide information and online help.

Abstract:

It is used to provide information regarding various facilities in the campus such as class rooms, labs, hostels, mess, canteen, gymnasium, computer center, etc.

Mostly, the information about facilities is not integrated. Hence, the process is mostly manual. Hence, this project will overcome this by providing an Online Help Desk, where with a single mouse click a student can be able to find out information and even the details in a particular sector.

Use:

• It keeps all available facilities of university campus on intranet so that users are able to get information about them.
• It provides facility to post query on any issue to concerned authorities.
• It provides facility to answer queries.

• Front End- HTML/JavaScript
• Middle Ware- JSP/Servlets
• Back End- Oracle
